Q. Which emergency services do you offer?

Q. In emergency situations, how long does it typically take you to arrive to the scene?
A. The amount of time it takes will vary, depending on your specific situation, as well as your physical location. We always try our best to arrive as soon as we possibly can and typically arrive within one hour.
Q. How do I know if my situation is an emergency and should I wait?
A. You are the best judge of the situation. To prevent further damage, always call 24/7. If the situation is under control, it may be OK to wait to the following morning. If you need emergency response always call 911 first.
Q. Do you offer price matching?
A. We utilize Xactimate estimating software which is accepted by most insurance companies. We do not currently match pricing, but our prices always remain competitive and feel free to ask for an estimate first.
Q. Which insurance companies do you work with?
A. We work with most insurance companies and will work hard to help get the claim processed. Contact us before filing a claim, and we can discuss these options with you.
Q: My insurance company has a “preferred vendor” program. Do I have to use the companies they recommend?
A: No. Since you are the property owner, you have the right to hire the company or contractor of your choice, even if your insurance carrier has a preferred vendor program.
Q: What if my insurance policy will not pay for the total cost of repair?
A: Unfortunately, some policies do not cover the total cost of repair or specific damage. In such a case, we offer easy payment options.
